V n\u011bkter&yacute;ch hodin&aacute;ch byly sl&yacute;ch&aacute;ny pochvaly a v&scaron;ichni byli v dobr&eacute;m rozpolo\u017een&iacute;.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">N\u011bkte\u0159&iacute; studenti to vzali opravdu v&aacute;\u017en\u011b a vykra\u010dovali si to po &scaron;koln&iacute;ch chodb&aacute;ch s medv\u011bdy, &scaron;t\u011b\u0148&aacute;tky a dal&scaron;&iacute;mi ply&scaron;ov&yacute;mi mil&aacute;\u010dky.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Ov&scaron;em radik&aacute;ln&iacute; pohod&aacute;\u0159i, zejm&eacute;na chlapci, p\u0159i&scaron;li do &scaron;koly dokonce v \u017eupanech, n\u011bkdy s hrn&iacute;\u010dkem v ruce nebo krabi\u010dkou s kapesn&iacute;\u010dky.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">My osobn\u011b douf&aacute;me, \u017ee si v&scaron;ichni p&aacute;tek u\u017eili a byli v pohod\u011b a snad nebyly rozd&aacute;ny \u017e&aacute;dn&eacute; &scaron;patn&eacute; zn&aacute;mky.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Tak&eacute; bychom v&aacute;m r&aacute;dy p\u0159ipomn\u011bli den, kter&yacute; u\u017e prob\u011bhl, ale je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute;.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">7. dubna 2015 &#8211; Sv\u011btov&yacute; den zdrav&iacute;: Bezpe\u010dn&eacute; potraviny<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t7. duben je Sv\u011btovou zdravotnickou organizac&iacute; prohl&aacute;&scaron;en dnem Sv\u011btov&eacute;ho dne zdrav&iacute;. Ten leto&scaron;n&iacute; je v\u011bnov&aacute;n velmi obs&aacute;hl&eacute;mu a aktu&aacute;ln&iacute;mu t&eacute;matu bezpe\u010dnosti potravin.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Nemoci zp\u016fsoben&eacute; potravinami<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Akutn&iacute; potravinov&eacute; choroby (\u010dasto ozna\u010dovan&eacute; jako otrava j&iacute;dlem) jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b zp\u016fsobeny po\u017eit&iacute;m stravy kontaminovan&eacute; bakteriemi, jako jsou nap\u0159&iacute;klad Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus nebo Escherichia coli (E. coli), a tak&eacute; viry, jako je nap\u0159&iacute;klad norovirus.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Jsou velmi b\u011b\u017en&eacute; a pro ve\u0159ejn&eacute; zdrav&iacute; p\u0159edstavuj&iacute; v&yacute;znamnou z&aacute;t\u011b\u017e i v t\u011bch nejrozvinut\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch zem&iacute;ch&hellip;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>5 kl&iacute;\u010d\u016f k bezpe\u010dn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;m potravin&aacute;m &ndash; za lep&scaron;&iacute; hygienu potravin<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>1. \u010cistota nade v&scaron;e.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Um&yacute;vejte si ruce p\u0159ed nakl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute;m s potravinami, i b\u011bhem p\u0159&iacute;pravy. Um&yacute;vejte si ruce po n&aacute;v&scaron;t\u011bv\u011b toalety. Um&yacute;vejte ve&scaron;ker&eacute; plochy n&aacute;doby a n&aacute;stroje, je\u017e pou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;te ke zpracov&aacute;n&iacute; potravin.<\/span><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Chra\u0148te j&iacute;dlo p\u0159ed hmyzem &scaron;k\u016fdci a jin&yacute;mi zv&iacute;\u0159aty.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">2. Odd\u011blujte syrov&eacute; od va\u0159en&eacute;ho.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Odd\u011blujte syrov&eacute; maso, dr\u016fbe\u017e a mo\u0159sk&eacute; plody od ostatn&iacute;ch potravin. Odd\u011blte vybaven&iacute; a n&aacute;\u010din&iacute;, jako jsou no\u017ee a kr&aacute;jec&iacute; podlo\u017eky, ur\u010den&eacute; pro &uacute;pravu syrov&yacute;ch potravin. Skladujte potraviny v n&aacute;dob&aacute;ch, abyste p\u0159ede&scaron;li kontaktu syrov&eacute;ho a va\u0159en&eacute;ho j&iacute;dla.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">3. Kompletn\u011b tepeln\u011b upravujte.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u0158&aacute;dn\u011b tepeln\u011b upravujte potraviny obzvl&aacute;&scaron;t\u011b maso, dr\u016fbe\u017e, vejce a mo\u0159sk&eacute; plody. J&iacute;dla, jako jsou pol&eacute;vky nebo om&aacute;\u010dky, nechte proj&iacute;t varem, abyste se ujistili, \u017ee uvnit\u0159 pokrmu bylo dosa\u017eeno teploty 70 &deg;C. U masa a dr\u016fbe\u017ee se p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dte, \u017ee &scaron;\u0165&aacute;vy uvnit\u0159 jsou \u010dir&eacute;, nikoli r\u016f\u017eov&eacute;. Ide&aacute;ln&iacute; je pou\u017e&iacute;t teplom\u011br. D\u0159&iacute;ve uva\u0159en&eacute; potraviny \u0159&aacute;dn\u011b oh\u0159&iacute;vejte.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">4. Skladujte j&iacute;dlo p\u0159i bezpe\u010dn&yacute;ch teplot&aacute;ch.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Nenech&aacute;vejte va\u0159en&aacute; j&iacute;dla v pokojov&eacute; teplot\u011b d&eacute;le ne\u017e dv\u011b hodiny. Neprodlen\u011b ukl&aacute;dejte ve&scaron;ker&eacute; va\u0159en&eacute; a kaz&iacute;c&iacute; se potraviny do lednice (pokud mo\u017eno s teplotou m&eacute;n\u011b ne\u017e 5 &deg;C). P\u0159ed serv&iacute;rov&aacute;n&iacute;m udr\u017eujte va\u0159en&aacute; j&iacute;dla hork&aacute; (nad 60 &deg;C). Neskladujte potraviny p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; dlouho ani v lednici. Nerozmrazujte mra\u017een&aacute; j&iacute;dla p\u0159i pokojov&eacute; teplot\u011b.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">5. Pou\u017e&iacute;vejte nez&aacute;vadnou vodu a suroviny.<\/strong><br \/>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Pou\u017e&iacute;vejte nez&aacute;vadnou vodu nebo vodu upravte tak, aby byla nez&aacute;vadn&aacute;. Vyb&iacute;rejte \u010derstv&eacute; a nezka\u017een&eacute; potraviny. Vyb&iacute;rejte potraviny, kter&eacute; byly upraveny s ohledem na zv&yacute;&scaron;en&iacute; bezpe\u010dnosti, jako nap\u0159&iacute;klad pasterizovan&eacute; ml&eacute;ko. Um&yacute;vejte ovoce a zeleninu obzvl&aacute;&scaron;\u0165, pokud je konzumujete syrov&eacute;.
